Fab for a Birthday party, Hen night, Retirement party, Anniversary or just a FUN night with friends!
Our private party events are the answer to your entertaining prayers! We work with you to plan the perfect evening, then on the day, all you have to do is relax and enjoy it!
It doesn’t matter if your guests haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, our artist will walk you through creating your masterpiece. Everyone will be delighted as their blank canvas transforms in only a few hours, made all the better by music and a glass of wine or two!
We can generally cater for private party groups of a minimum 16 to a maximum of 35 people, but we are open to holding events for smaller/larger groups with enough notice and discussion (the pricing will be more per person if the number is less than 16) - please use the contact form below to get a quote.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To book your party we require a non refundable deposit of £150. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the party, with the full balance being payable no later than 7 days before.
*Please note that even if the number of painters on the day are less than expected, the full amount will still be charged*. We recommend having a waitlist or sell the ticket on.
We understand that sometimes plans can be disrupted due to unexpected circumstances and you may need to reschedule your date, if this happens we will be happy to work with you to re-arrange if necessary. If rescheduling is not an option, we are unfortunately unable to refund the deposit.
For smaller parties of less than 16 people, we won't say no! but the cost will be more per person attending so we suggest considering joining one of our public events and we can book your group with special reserved seating.
PLEASE NOTE: We only do private events within the areas of North Cambridgeshire, East Northamptonshire, South Lincolnshire and Rutland.

Tables and chairs (enough for size of party)
Use of a sink
Non carpeted floor (preferred in case of spills!)
Space for our artist presenters easel, paints and equipment etc.
