                 BENEFITS OF TEAM BUILDING EVENTS:
The fun and easygoing nature of a social art event is great for team bonding. There's a strong correlation 
between employee retention and the quality of team relationships, these events help to build a solid cohesive team. For businesses, group painting has many hidden benefits: 
It encourages team members' brains to work in new ways, and jump-starts creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Letting loose your creativity has a multitude of health, social, and business benefits.
It relieves stress! The Social Canvas events can lead to better teamwork, increased productivity, and generally brighter dispositions all-around!

 HOW IT WORKS:
We will tailor your event to your group.  We can come to your place of work, or help you find the perfect venue. Once the event has been set up and everyone has arrived we explain the painting process for the event and make sure we plan a break for refreshments (and for the paint to dry!).  Our corporate events usually last about 2 hours. Our package does not include food or drinks, but if the event is held in a public venue we make sure there are refreshments available for purchase. 
We can generally cater for groups of minimum of 20 to a maximum of 40 people, but we are open to discussion about smaller or larger groups, though the cost will increase per person. We can also suggest your group joining a public event with special reserved seating.

PAINTING SELECTION:
Selecting the painting is a fun part of planning your event. We can help you choose!  We can also create a custom painting, design a fun painting activity for your group or incorporate something special to customise it for your company. (there would be an extra charge for this depending on request).
Team Building Ideas: 
Team Painting -The team works together under the instruction of our artist. Each person in the group contributes towards a large scale puzzle style painting for a truly amazing end result.
Individual Painting - Everyone works on a set painting designed especially for the event - for this a step-by-step instruction is given but we encourage people to use their own interpretation if they wish, switching the colours or adding elements as they want, truly making it unique to them.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 
We provide all art supplies...tabletop easel, acrylic paint, aprons, paintbrushes and of course a canvas which you get to take home (or back to the office to display?!) once completed. We suggest not wearing your 'Sunday best' in case of any spills!

WHAT WE NEED:
Good lighting, enough tables and chairs for all attendees, use of a sink, prefer non-carpeted floor.

OUR PRICING:
We have a minimum charge for private corporate events of £580 which covers up to 20 people, at maximum attendance this works out at just £29.00 per person.  (Any additional people over 20 can be added at a price of £29.00pp). This compares well to our public events, and with the inclusion of all the art supplies and your canvas masterpiece to take home is incredibly good value!

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To book your party we require a non refundable deposit of £150. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the party, with the full balance being payable no later than 7 days before. 
*Please note that even if the number of painters on the day are less than expected, the full amount will still be charged*. 
We understand that sometimes plans can be disrupted due to unexpected circumstances and you may need to reschedule your date, if this happens we will be happy to work with you to re-arrange if necessary. If rescheduling is not an option, we are unfortunately unable to refund the deposit.
