Explore new ways of fundraising with The Social Canvas paint party events.
The 'paint and sip' concept party is far more fun that the usual quiz night/cake sale fundraiser and your guests get to take their unique to them masterpiece home.

Fun for a good cause: 

When you’ve got a good cause, people are going to show up. When you’ve got a different fun way of getting people together then a lot of people are going to show up. Make money and memories and let us make the planning easy. We provide EVERYTHING you need for a great event...canvas, paint, brushes, apron, music and great company! You also get to choose your painting from our vast library.

We can generally cater for groups of 20 to 40 people, but we are open to holding events for larger groups with enough notice.

We have a minimum charge for fundraising events of £500 - which covers up to 20 people at a great value cost of £25.00pp - any additional attendees are charged at £25.00 each. We suggest selling tickets at our public event price of £30pp (or more if you wish) and to raise more money you could sell raffle tickets and refreshments. Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 

A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to book your party. Once the deposit is processed, your event is confirmed, you can choose your painting from our gallery and your guests can start booking with you. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the party, with the full balance being payable 7 working days before. 
*Please note that even if the number of painters on the day are less than expected, the full amount will still be charged… so particularly for fundraisers, it’s advisable to get full commitment/payment from your guests before the event*.
We understand that sometimes plans can be disrupted due to unexpected circumstances and you may need to reschedule your date, if this happens we will be happy to work with you to re-arrange if necessary. If rescheduling is not an option, we are unfortunately unable to refund the deposit. 

Included in the package is the option to add your event to our website with your contact details so people can book directly with you. If you would like help with advertising and marketing, taking bookings and/or payment and all administration for the event, we can discuss these with you if required.

We understand that for smaller parties, this may not be cost effective. If your party is smaller than 15 people, we suggest block booking at your nearest public event - We can discuss a discount or donation for your cause.


PLEASE NOTE: We only do fundraising events within the areas of North Cambridgeshire, East Northamptonshire, South Lincolnshire and Rutland.

Our requirements for hosting a private event:

Tables and chairs (enough for size of party)
Use of a sink
Non carpeted floor
Space for our artist presenters easel, paints and equipment etc.

Just pick your date, location and painting and we’ll do the rest!

It's a colourful, casual party atmosphere where you'll leave your cares behind and go home with a one-of-a-kind painting created by you.
