Wellness Day Retreat Event Information:

Come and join us for a fully relaxing day of art/yoga/meditation/sound bath and a delicious lunch - bring your friends or come alone and make new friends! At the end of the day you'll leave with a fabulous pice of art you created yourself, along with a true sense of calm and peace.


Yoga/Meditation/Sound Bath - Sam from Samadhi Yoga & Wellbeing will lead you through 1.5hrs of yoga, meditation and sound bath. Sam is a Certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and Sound Gong Therapist (CMA Registered) with over 15 years of teaching experience. Her sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork and deep relaxation with the healing vibrations of gongs, bowls and bells. With a background in dance and holistic therapies, Sam creates a warm, inclusive space where you can slow down, reconnect and restore balance — moving at your own pace and receiving the calming benefits of sound to nourish body, mind and spirit. Though most mats will be provided, please bring your own if you have one along with a cushion and blanket.


Lunch - We will be providing a delicious, nutritious lunch along with cold refreshing drinks - there will be some gluten free/dairy free/vegan dishes along with others. Please let us know of your dietary requirements on booking.


2 hour Painting - You don't need to have painted before, we guide you through each step of the painting from how to mix the paint colour, which paintbrush to use and the best technique to use with the brush.  
We provide everything you need to complete your artistic interpretation of the chosen painting, the canvas, paint, table top easel, brushes and an apron to protect your clothes (but it might still be a good idea to wear old clothes, just in case!). 


This event is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18

If cancelled more than 21 days prior to the event - we charge a £10 fee. If cancelled between 21-7 days prior - we charge a £25 fee. If cancelled between 7-3 days prior - we charge a £35 fee. No refunds are given 3 days or less prior to the event, you can however sell/give your ticket to someone else as long as you let us know who that person is.
